For Truck shipments, you must be able to unload the items at the delivery point (lift gate service is extra, please order if needed). Delivery pickup at the terminal can also be requested.

All items paid for by credit card and shipped by UPS are sent signature required. If no one will be at the location for delivery, then payment should be by check, so the package can be delivered without a signature.

Features/Specifications

The EZ Spot Ur grapple system is one of the most useful systems available for grabbing, placing, and rotating, poles and other debris.

The system in most cases consists of two components:  the base plate such as EZ-001D double cylinder base plate, and any of the attachments that will connect to the base plate.

The base plates have a standard universal skid steer connection on the back side to mount to your loader (special mountings can be made for older models). 

The front side of the base plate has a square column that the various connections slide onto to mount in place.  All the base plates (except the fixed base plate) allow rotation of the various accessories (see the drop down menu on this page). 

The EZ-001D double cylinder base plate allows rotation of up to 127 degrees and is designed especially for lifting and rotation of heavy loads, and designed to be used with attachments such as the Double Clamping Pole attachment, Rock And Pole Claw, and the Tree Hand.

The double cylinder rotating base plate gives the torque required when using the various attachments to rotate the load. The fixed base plate can be used on any of the attachments; while this doesn't allow you to rotate the load, it does give you a solid base for lifting and using the hitch tool and root rock pick for example.

The base plate as a built-in electric selector valve so you can plug in the hydraulic hoses from any of the add-on attachments, into the base plate; you then plug in the hoses from the base plate into your loaders auxillary hydraulic outlet.  The base plate comes with the wiring harness needed to operate the selector valve.

If you want to mount these to a larger tractor loader, wheel loader, or backhoe that either requires a specific quick attach or pin-on mount, then there will be an extra cost as listed below. In most cases on these mounts you are paying for the custom mount and reinforcement of the baseplate. When inquiring or ordering, always let us know what you want to mount this to.

An additional charge up to $625.00 will be required for modification to any of the base plates above for fabrication of custom mounting brackets and plate reinforcement to mount to larger tractor and wheel loaders and backhoes (most loaders that are not universal skid steer quick attach compatable).

We also have a base plate available for mounting on mini-skid steer loaders, and a base plate for excavators (see the index for both).  Also available is a fixed base plate (non-rotating), and a chain drive rotating base plate giving you 210 degrees of rotation, which can be used with the barrel handler attachment on lighter loads.

Standard mounting on the back of the base plate is universal quick attach for skid steer mount. Plates can be made to fit larger and non-quick attach applications. Allow 2-3 weeks before shipment for any application where a specific mount has to be made (normal lead time is 1 week before shipment for base plates with standard quick attach mount)
